HOW IT WORKS

 

HOW OUR ORDERING PROCESS WORKS

 

1. Ordering Window:

Orders open on the first Friday of each month.

You have 10 days to add items to your cart. This includes two weekends and the full week in between, giving you plenty of time to browse and decide.


2. Order Deadline & Payment:

Orders close on the second Sunday of each month.

Payments must be finalised before the order closes.

If you miss the deadline, please reach out. If it's not too late, we may still be able to include your order. Otherwise, you can keep your items in your cart and submit them in the next order cycle.


3. Processing & Delivery:

Once orders close, we begin processing and organising with our suppliers.

Your order will be ready for pickup in Nerang, Gold Coast, or it can be shipped to you if needed.

Please allow 1–2 weeks after the order closes for processing and delivery.

Pickup is the fastest option, while shipping may take longer. If you need shipping, please contact us to arrange it.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or shipment.


4. Adding Items Between Orders:

You can use the wishlist button (the little heart on each item) to save items for your next order.


5. In-Stock Items (Available Anytime):

We also have some items in physical stock that you can:

 - Pick up in person (by appointment only).

 - Order for immediate shipping - no need to wait for the next order cycle.


In-stock items ship the next working day.
