Postage and Shipping Policies

Companies add their shipping charges and other expenses to their prices and advertise "free shipping" which is normally very appealing to the customer. That's why prices end up being inflated...as they have all those charges already added in.

Our prices are very low and we want to keep them as they always were...so we can't offer any "free shipping" and absorb all the costs as it is just not possible for the way we do things.

The minimum charge for packing and shipping is $15 within Australia. We do not offer International Shipping.

If you have any heavier or bulky items, or multiple items which will occupy a bigger volume, the shipping will attract extra fees which you will have to pay on top of the order.

If you choose SHIPPING on check-out, you will be charged the $15 and if the items can't fit in the smaller package requirements, you will be contacted and informed about those extra fees to be paid.

At the moment we don't have a lot of orders which require postage as most of our Community is local and prefers to come around and have a chat while they pick up their Goodies...but if the demand for shipping grows, we will look into other options to make shipping for everyone more cost effective and affordable even for the bulky items.  We just need more volume of shipping orders for that!

We will try to send your Goodies as fast as we can but please note that we don't offer next day delivery or ultra-express shipping.

The way that we run things through our group orders does not allow for that as we have the order open for nearly two weeks so everyone can put their orders through and we do not hold stock of everything we have in offer. Only after the order is closed we can get to organise all orders, process them, pack and send them your way.

This means that even if you place your order the first day of the month, your order will not be processed until the group order has been closed so we can get to work and process the collective order all together.

Please allow 1-2 weeks after the order is closed to receive your Goodies. If you are choosing the Free Pick up it will be less wait than if you are waiting for it to be shipped as this will take an extra step from the time that goodies are all ready.

You will receive a notification when orders are ready to be collected or shipped.

If you are collecting your order, please reply to the email or send us a message  to organise a time for collection.

If your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with the estimated delivery date. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours for this tracking number to be active. Keep that in mind.

 

Damages: Better Choices 4 Health is not liable for any damaged or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and let us know too about it so we can be prepared to deal with the shipping courier/ company as well from our side.
