Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about an item or items, please notify us before our order is closed and finalized.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate change-of-mind cancellations after this point, as the items may already have been processed, paid for, or dispatched.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48h and inform us about the issue. Send pictures, together with your order number and any other details through to info@betterchoices.com
Better Choices 4 Health is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping, as this falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier or company. If an issue arises, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. Please ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required to process your claim. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we are committed to assisting you in finding a satisfactory solution.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
At Better Choices 4 Health, we handle returns and refunds in full compliance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving or collecting your order. We will assess the situation to determine whether a return is required, whether due to defects, incorrect items, or other valid reasons. Please note, certain items—such as special orders—may be deemed "non-returnable" at our discretion.
If an error occurred on our end, such as sending the wrong item, an incomplete order, or an item that does not match your specifications, we will gladly arrange an exchange for an item of equal value or provide the correct replacement.
To ensure your return is processed, the following conditions must be met:
- All returns must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be sent back to Better Choices 4 Health and received within 14 days of delivery, unless prior approval has been granted.
- A completed return authorization form, issued by us, must accompany the returned items.
- The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging or other reasons.
- Returned items must be in their original condition. Any signs of tampering with internal packaging will disqualify the return.
- Items must be securely packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit, and it is the customer's responsibility to confirm delivery to Better Choices 4 Health.
- The return package must include a clearly marked sender name and return address on the box.
- If the product is found not to have a problem, you may need to pay the transport and inspection costs. An estimate of these costs should be provided to you before the product is collected, and the costs must not be inflated to discourage you from pursuing your claims.
REFUNDS
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a consumer guarantee is not fulfilled. The type of remedy you'll receive depends on whether the issue is considered major or minor.
In some cases, we may offer replacement items, exchanges, or store credits for future orders instead of a refund.
The choice is entirely yours—you are free to accept those alternatives or insist on a refund if that's your preference.
Please note that we are not required to provide a refund if you:
- change your mind
- select the wrong size
- choose the wrong colour
